Manager Product Management Automotive Smart Switches

Do you want to play a major part in the expansion of our Automotive Power Distribution business for zonal architecture? As Manager Product Management you will join a team of highly skilled professionals. You will be responsible for driving the business and commercialization of the latest Smart Power Switches and Gate Driver ICs. Your worldwide responsibility includes leading go-to-market activities and managing a very successful and large product portfolio over the lifecycle.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for the product life cycle management for Smart Power Switches and Gate Driver ICs for Automotive Power Distribution with a strong focus on the commercialization phase
• Consolidate market insights and competitor movements as input for our business strategy and derive and adapt Go to Market strategy for the respective portfolio
• Develop volume and revenue forecasts and monitor financial performance
• Define and execute a worldwide pricing strategy, manage and refine the operative pricing guideline and manage quoting to ensure profitability
• Engage in close collaboration with our regional product and application management as well as application engineering and sales to drive business-wins
• Deliver compelling presentations, web presence, demos, and training sessions to internal teams, customers, and partners for this specific product portfolio and for the whole smart power switch portfolio

Your Profile
You are the perfect match if you are a strong team player, who enjoys working in interdisciplinary and international teams with multicultural backgrounds. In addition, you define yourself as a proactive and self-driven character with a sense and passion for business and you are not shying away to go the extra mile to strive for the best possible result. Furthermore, you have a great sense of setting ambitious goals, taking ownership and making timely decisions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development or related functions
• A university master or at least bachelor's degree preferred in electrical engineering or microelectronics
• Alternatively, a university degree in economics with a strong familiarity of the semiconductor or electronics market environment
• The ability to effectively communicate business information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers in a concise and compelling way
• The capability to collaborate and build trusted relationships with Application Engineering, R&D, Quality, Operations, Sales and Distribution Partners among others
• The competence and affinity to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Advanced experience with Excel (Marco, Pivot, …) and Power Point
• Full English proficiency. German language skills are a plus
• International networking skills and willingness to travel (A driver's license is desirable)
