Software Product Manager

Join a fast-growing Munich based FinTech company, whereby we are looking for a (Junior) Product Manager to take full ownership of a new platform for investment with a powerful SaaS solution.
In this role you'll work directly with founders and take the lead in shaping our product's strategy and roadmap.
What you will be doing
:
As our Product Manager, you'll be the key link between our clients, our development team, and the market. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Driving product strategy and development: You'll own the roadmap and feature pipeline, balancing short-term wins with long-term goals.
- Improving the user journey: You'll design features that make our platform smarter and simpler for our clients.
- Collaborating with stakeholders: You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and consulting teams to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Identifying new opportunities: You'll analyze market needs to find new product opportunities that expand our platform.
What We're Looking For:
We need a talented and experienced Product Manager who can take the lead and drive our SaaS growth.
- You have at least two years of experience in product management for SaaS solutions, specifically in a B2B environment.
- You have a hands-on mentality and are skilled at developing and implementing pragmatic solutions.
- You are an excellent communicator and are organised, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects.
- You are experienced in growing a product by constantly engaging with clients and the market to identify new opportunities.
- Be able to communicate in German and English to a fluent level
