Aufgaben

Aufgabenprofil:

Als M&A-Analyst unterstützen Sie uns bei Unternehmenstransaktionen, im Research und in der Analyse von Unternehmen und Märkten. Hauptsächlich unterstützen Sie uns in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Unternehmensanalyse
  • Kennzahlenanalyse
  • Erstellung von Memoranden
  • Bilanzanalysen
  • Marktanalysen
  • Research
  • Reports
Qualifikation

Ihr Profil:

  • Hohe fachliche Kompetenz und Erfahrung in Corporate Finance Thematiken
  • Mindestens 1-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Fähigkeit, Unternehmen und Märkte schnell zu verstehen
  • CFA Credential von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KPIs und gängiger Software
