Order Fulfillment (m/f/d)
WAS SIE ERWARTET:
  • Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Versand und Fakturierung an Kunden weltweit von unterschiedlichen

internationalen Logistikhubs
Anpassung der Forecasts im ERP-System

Betreuung der Kunden bei operativen Themen wie u. a. Lieferterminauskünften, Warenrücksendungen

Anmeldung der Waren bei externer Zollagentur

Sicherstellung von Export Compliance

Gegenseitige Unterstützung und Vertretung innerhalb des Supply-Chain-Teams bei operativen Tätigkeiten

- Mitarbeit bei Logistik-Transferprojekten sowie Unterstützung bei laufenden Optimierungen innerhalb

des Aufgabenbereichs
- Reporting und sonstige Tätigkeiten innerhalb des Supply-Chain-Bereichs

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Außenhandel, techn. Umfeld,

Fachwirt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie sicherer Umgang in der Bedienung von ERP-Systemen

Solides Grundverständnis für logistische Prozesse

Sie sind kommunikationsstark in der deutschen Sprache und beherrschen gute Englischkentnisse

Kentnisse in der Zoll- und Exportabwicklung

- Berufserfahrungen in der Halbleiterbranche und/oder im Automotive Bereich von Vorteil
