Senior Growth Product Manager

As we scale to reach millions more, we're looking for two experienced Growth Product Managers - one at Senior and one at Principal level, to take ownership of key strategic growth levers.

Whether you're an ambitious Senior Growth PM ready to expand your scope, or an experienced Principal ready to operate at a company-wide level of influence, you'll play a key role in designing how we help patients stay engaged, supported, and successful long term.

• Proven experience in Growth Product, Growth Marketing, or BizOps within a B2C setting - ideally mobile, subscription, or behaviour-change products.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset - fluent in SQL, data modeling, and building financial or business models.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
• A balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery , thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• (Bonus) Experience with healthcare, mobile-first, or subscription-based businesses.

You'll take ownership of the growth strategy — designing how we keep patients engaged, supported, and returning for care.

In this role, you will:

• Set and deliver the growth vision , owning key commercial and patient outcome metrics that drive long-term business success.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of CRM, Product, Copywriting, and Clinical experts - ensuring tight alignment and high-velocity execution.
• Shape seamless patient journeys , reducing friction and boosting engagement across every touchpoint.
• Leverage data and experimentation to uncover insights, model performance, and guide investment decisions.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership - influencing company priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving measurable outcomes.
