We specialise in supporting top management in the core sectors of payment & digital banking, insurance and media in the development and implementation of their strategies. As we aim to further accelerate our successful growth, we are now looking for the following for our Hamburg office:

(Associate) Partner Media or Payments & Digital Banking 

• Using your strategic expertise, you will identify business opportunities, develop existing client relationships, design acquisition strategies and build new client connections in your target industry, from initial contact to contract signing
• You will lead complex transformation and strategy projects with a long-term view, taking responsibility for content, quality and client satisfaction. You will guide your team efficiently through each project phase to deliver outstanding results
• You develop sophisticated models and derive well-founded, actionable recommendations. Your expertise is a key reference point for the team
• You deliver outstanding performances in direct client interactions, whether in workshops, pitches or steering committees: You present content clearly and convincingly, respond to the needs of your stakeholders and act as a trusted sparring partner at eye level, especially at C-level
• You establish yourself as a thought leader in your industry by initiating discussions and representing your areas of expertise in publications, at events and within client networks
• You actively support the professional development of your colleagues by providing constructive feedback and professional coaching, and by fostering an environment of mutual support

• Several years (6+) of experience in strategy consulting or a comparable environment, with a clear focus on media, payments, banking or insurance
• A strong and reliable client network in your industry, as well as a proven track record in developing existing business and establishing new client relationships
• A mind-set suited to entrepreneurship and the drive to strategically shape your own topics and promote them within the organisation
• Deep analytical expertise and experience in developing business models, market strategies or financial models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident executive presence
• Leadership experience with a clear, motivating and empathetic style, based on trust and personal development
• You have a proven track record in successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion, guiding your team through all phases in a structured and goal-oriented manner
