Deine Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Schulungen, Trainingsfahrten und theoretischen Einheiten zu Systemverhalten, Eingriffsstrategien und Sicherheitsprotokollen
  • Coaching und Bewertung von Safety Drivern im realen Straßenverkehr und auf Teststrecken
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs-, Test- und Sicherheitsabteilungen zur Integration aktueller Anforderungen in die Trainingsinhalte
  • Dokumentation von Trainingsfortschritten, Feedbackgespräche und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Trainingsmethodik
  • Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einarbeitung neuer Safety Driver


Dein Profil
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse C1 ohne Einschränkungen
  • Mehrjährige Fahrpraxis, idealerweise im professionellen Umfeld oder im Bereich automatisiertes Fahren
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Schulung, Training oder Coaching von Fahrer:innen von Vorteil
  • Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis sowie Auszug aus dem Fahreignungsregister (ohne Einträge)
  • Technisches Verständnis, hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools, Navigationssystemen und Schulungssoftware
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und gelegentlicher Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb

Der HOLON urban ist ein vollelektrisches und autonomes Fahrzeug zum Einsatz im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Es ist einer der weltweit ersten Mover mit Automobilstandards – also führend in Sicherheit, Fahrkomfort und Produktionsqualität. Das Fahrzeug verkehrt mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 60 Stundenkilometern und bietet Platz für bis zu 15 Passagiere.

Der HOLON urban ist barrierefrei und bietet eine automatisierte Rampe, einen gesicherten Rollstuhlplatz sowie auditive und visuelle Unterstützung der Passagiere. Neben dem herkömmlichen Linienverkehr soll der Mover als On-Demand-Verkehrsmittel eingesetzt werden, um so den Mobilitätsbedarf der Nutzer zu decken.
