1.Daily Payment Processing
Handle daily payment tasks and ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
Maintain clear payment records and coordinate with relevant teams as needed.
2.Receipts and Payments Reconciliation
Perform receipt and payment matching (write-offs) in our internal business system to ensure accurate clearing of accounts.
Assist in supplier and customer account reconciliations.
3.ERP / Business System Data Entry
Enter and update financial transactions in the company's system as required, ensuring data accuracy.
4.Liaison with External Accountant
Prepare and provide necessary documents for the external accounting firm, especially for VAT returns and compliance purposes.
5.General Administrative Support (as needed)
Support administrative tasks and assist the finance team with other ad hoc duties.
Demonstrate willingness to learn internal systems and workflows.
Additional Notes:
Training will be provided.
The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
The parties agree that the employer is entitled to entrust the employee with other reasonable tasks in accordance with his performance and abilities, provided that this is reasonable and does not involve a reduction in pay.
