Für den Bereich Corporate Communications & Investor Relations der Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH suchen wir einen External Communications Manager (x|w|m) in Vollzeit. In dieser Rolle entwickeln Sie unser Corporate Messaging weiter und steuern eigenständig strategisch relevante Projekte – von der Positionierung zentraler Themen wie Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit bis hin zur Einführung neuer, progressiver Kommunikationsformate. Der Job erfolgt tageweise remote sowie am Campus in Göttingen.

Wachsen Sie mit uns – Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie erstellen Kommunikationskampagnen und -projekte und setzen diese in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern international um
  • Sie entwickeln das Corporate Messaging weiter und stellen sicher, dass zentrale Botschaften und Themen wie Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit konsistent über alle Kanäle kommuniziert werden – von Text und Bild bis Audio und Video
  • Sie initiieren und steuern strategisch relevante Projekte und bringen neue Impulse ein, z. B. für zentrale Unternehmensmaterialien oder die Einführung progressiver Kanäle und Formate
  • Sie beraten interne Stakeholder in Kommunikationsfragen und stellen eine enge Abstimmung mit relevanten Bereichen sicher
  • Sie unterstützen bei Reputations- und Krisenkommunikation und tragen maßgeblich zum Schutz unserer Unternehmensmarke bei
  • Sie planen und steuern ihre Projekte eigenständig und erstellen Erfolgsanalysen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation oder im Agenturumfeld
  • Sie sind erfahren in der eigenverantwortlichen Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsprojekten und -botschaften
  • Sie kombinieren strategisches Denken mit operativer Umsetzungskompetenz und behalten auch bei komplexen Themen stets die Zielgruppe im Blick
  • Sie sind am Puls neuer Trends, bringen innovative Ideen ein und setzen diese erfolgreich um
  • Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Kenntnisse in Reputations- und Krisenkommunikation sind ein Plus
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine ausgeprägte schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
