Job Description:

  1. Technical Support: Responsible for BMS product technical support, complex on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting, Failure analysis etc.

  2. Customer Relations: keep good relationship with customer.

  3. Customer Demand Identification: responsible for pre-sales technical support for overseas vehicle and energy storage projects, defining the application scenarios and technical requirements of the vehicle and energy storage system.

  4. BMS System Design: cooperate with customers and our department to complete the scheme design and application development of BMS system for energy storage project.

  5. Handing of customer complaint quality process, write 8D report

Job requirements:

1.Master's degree or above in New Energy / Electrical Engineering / Automation / Power Electronics or other related fields, at last 3 years or more working experience.

  1. Familiar with the composition and scheme of energy storage system, and the technical architecture of BMS, PCS and EMS.

  2. Familiar with new energy generation system or power distribution system, familiar with the design principles of CAN, RS-485 or TCP/IP communication system.

  3. Overseas work experience or vehicle parts or energy storage sales experience is preferred

  4. Proficiency in English

  5. Accept and adapt to short and medium-term business trips.
