Team Lead (m/w/d) Accounting
Die
Dornier Group

Dabei bündeln wir unsere Expertise in den vier Business Units Power and Heat, Renewables sowie Mobility und Water.

Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für einen Teilbereich unserer Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive Hauptbuch, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (nach HGB) wirkst Du nicht nur mit, sondern übernimmst Verantwortung in der Planung, Durchführung und Abgabe
  • Die Steuerung der Intercompany-Abstimmungen und gesellschaftsübergreifenden Verrechnungen liegt in Deinen Händen
  • Du überwachst den Mahnlauf und Zahlungsverkehr mit Blick auf Liquidität und Termin
  • Du unterstützt aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Buchhaltungsprozesse und Automatisierungsinitiativen (E-Invoicing, Workflows, etc.)
  • Mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Verantwortung für Dein Accounting-Team sorgst Du für Wissenstransfer und die individuelle Förderung der Mitarbeitenden

Profil

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung als Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Alternativ bringst Du ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbar mit
  • Du verfügst bereits über langjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Tätigkeitsfeld und hattes die fachliche Verantwortung für den Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch, eigenständig und strukturiert
  • Zahlenaffinität, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch zeichnen Dich aus genauso wie fundierte Fachkenntnisse und Genauigkeit
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen, insbesondere mit MS Excel, runden Dein Profil ab, Kenntnisse in Sage kommen Dir zugute
  • Du bist flexibel und reisebereit
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (min. C1 Niveau) und sehr gutes Englisch
