**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update contracts within the DocuSign CLM system.
- Support the Legal team in daily user requests related to workflow adjustments and new workflow creations.
- Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining user manuals and training materials for the DocuSign CLM system.
- Manage and update the DocuSign CLM Workplace/Workvivo page, ensuring users are informed about system updates, best practices, and new functionalities.
- Contribute to improving internal efficiency by helping to streamline processes and communication.

**Your profile**:

- Current enrollment in a Law program at a recognized university.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Interest in legal tech, contract management systems, and digital processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, etc) is an asset.
- Prior experience in a legal, compliance, or tech-related role (e.g., internship, student position) is a plus.
- Experience with data entry, tagging, or metadata management in any system is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn about legal operations as an emerging field at the intersection of law, technology, and business.
- Ability to grasp complex systems and processes quickly and contribute to process documentation and user support.
