If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

  • You are responsible for the daily maximization of revenue through targeted yielding of our hotel portfolio in Germany
  • You analyze future and historical business data to ensure optimal price positioning across all segments and distribution channels
  • You develop and implement effective pricing and sales strategies while adhering to brand standards
  • You use relevant tools to evaluate competitor performance, market trends, and demand forecasts to support well-informed decision-making
  • You train and raise awareness among hotel teams regarding revenue-optimizing measures to ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • You have completed studies in hospitality, business, or a commercial field
  • You bring at least one year of professional experience in revenue management, ideally in the hotel or airline industry
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers, a strategic mindset, and work with precision together with a team of international colleagues
  • You have experience with hotel and revenue management systems (e.g., Channel Manager, RMS, PMS, GDS) as well as business and market intelligence tools
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English; German is a valued plus.
