Boost your career by combining customer success, strategic sales, and relationship management. In this role, you'll manage a dynamic pipeline, drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

As a successful candidate, you'll have:

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing)
  • Understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
  • Ability to identify customer needs and drive outcomes across phone, email, and social channels
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with customer and market data
  • Confidence in presenting to high-level executives

  • Research customer history to uncover upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customer-specific value use cases
  • Manage a book of business and identify growth opportunities
  • Generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling
