Internal Job Title: Associate Manager, Human Resources

About the Role:

As a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our DACH and BLX businesses by partnering closely with the business to deliver timely, effective HR solutions. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day people matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and helping to drive forward HR initiatives developed through our Centres of Excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong professional relationships, balancing operational HR support with proactive, strategic contributions. You'll need to be adaptable, collaborative, and confident in prioritising business needs while championing a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address organizational design needs, ensuring structures support strategic goals.
  • Drive employee engagement by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth and engaging induction experience and monitoring early progress.
  • Working with the HR team to assess business needs, explore options, and implement legally compliant solutions.
  • Champion talent development, supporting training, performance management, and cross-functional growth opportunities for employees.
  • Guide managers through performance and disciplinary processes, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally sound application of policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records in Workday and liaise with payroll to ensure timely and correct data handling.
  • Contribute to policy development, helping review, update, and communicate HR policies across the business.

Experience you'll bring:

  • Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in a commercially driven organization, with a strong understanding of how HR supports business objectives.
