Star Charge is the core EV charging brand of Wanbang Digital Energy Co., Ltd., a leading digital energy company in China with business in 300+ cities and across Europe, the Americas, Northeast Asia and APAC.

Role Summary

This role is based in Germany or France and is responsible for HR management in Europe, with a strong focus on recruitment, compensation, HR services, employee relations, and providing general administrative / office support in the region, while closely coordinating with our HR team at headquarters in China.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead recruitment for positions in the European region (sourcing, screening, interviews and offers).


• Coordinate compensation-related matters, including salary data, payroll support and alignment with HQ.


• Provide HR services to local employees (contracts, onboarding, employee records, HR administration).


• Manage employee relations, including daily communication, employee care and basic conflict resolution.


• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, benefits and insurance policies.


• Support regional administrative and office management tasks, such as office coordination, basic vendor/office services liaison and other ad-hoc admin support.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.


• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) and English – both written and spoken – are mandatory.


• Experience in recruitment and general HR operations; European HR experience is an advantage.


• Good understanding of local labour regulations (Germany/France is a plus).


• Knowledge of German, French or other European languages is a strong plus.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
