Aufgaben:
  • Technische Gesamtverantwortung innerhalb des Projekts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem kommerziellen Projektleiter zur Erreichung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Projektziele
  • Abstimmung, Spezifikation und Koordination aller relevanten Schnittstellen zur Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen mechanischen, elektrischen und automatisierungstechnischen Integration der Gesamtanlage
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Pflichtenheftes sowie fachliche Kommentierung und Bewertung der Kundenanforderungen (URS)
  • Koordination und Begleitung der Inbetriebnahme, einschließlich Sicherstellung der korrekten Einstellung und Einregelung der Anlagen gemäß den spezifizierten Designvorgaben – sowohl intern als auch beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Durchführung prozesstechnischer Abnahmen der Anlagen zur Verifizierung der Einhaltung der definierten Spezifikationen und Qualitätsstandards (im Haus und beim Kunden)
  • Offizielle Freigabe der Maschinen für den produktiven Einsatz nach erfolgreicher Durchführung aller erforderlichen Tests, Prüfungen und Abnahmen
  • Überprüfung der Anlagen und Prozesse auf Konformität mit geltenden regulatorischen Anforderungen der pharmazeutischen Industrie, insbesondere im Hinblick auf GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)


Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium in den Bereichen Verfahrenstechnik, Pharmatechnik oder Chemietechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit reinraumtechnischen Anlagen sowie mit Lüftungs- oder Klimatechnik von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • EU-Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
