**Then we’d love to hear from you **We are looking for a new Scrum Master (M/F/d) for Classic Autosar Security Modules.

**What you do**:

- You use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- You train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
- You determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- You schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- You monitor progress and performance of the team.
- You foster an environment of relentless improvement within the team.
- You remove or escalate impediments of the scrum team.
- You facilitate cross-team collaboration.
- You track project processes, timelines, deliverables, and financials.
- You prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

**What you bring**:

- You are a servant leader.
- You have experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- You have good knowledge of agile development, processes, and project management (Scrum/SAFe).
- You have high social competence with extraordinary communication skills and ability to network.
- You have the ability to work with and lead a team.
- You have excellent people and project management skills.
- You have some years of professional work experience as a software developer (on C++, Linux, etc.) preferred in the automotive domain.
- You have knowledge about Classic AUTOSAR, preferably with the Security modules.
- You have knowledge of Automotive SPICE.
- You have education or experience in Cryptography or Security (preferred).
