Als Director Operations verantwortest Du den gesamten operativen Geschäftsbereich und stellst sicher, dass Prozesse, Ressourcen und Teams effizient auf die Unternehmensstrategie ausgerichtet sind.

Du führst mehrere Fachbereiche und entwickelst Strukturen, Standards und Abläufe kontinuierlich weiter.

Deine Position
  • Übernimm die Gesamtverantwortung für die operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensprozesse – von Produktion über Supply Chain und Logistik bis zur Qualität und zum Service
  • Du führst und entwickelst unsere Führungskräfte und deren Teams und stellst sicher, dass Effizienz, Qualität, Termintreue und Wirtschaftlichkeit stets auf Top-Niveau bleiben
  • Als Treiber von Lean-Management und Continuous Improvement planst und kontrollierst du Budgets, Ressourcen und Kapazitäten
  • Du führst KPIs und Performance-Reporting ein, strukturierst Zielvereinbarungen und verantwortest Operational Excellence, Arbeitssicherheit sowie Nachhaltigkeit
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Sales und Geschäftsführung unterstützt du die strategische Planung, Standort- und Investitionsentscheidungen und leitest Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekte im operativen Bereich
Dein Profil
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwissenschaften, BWL, Produktionstechnik, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 8–10 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Management, davon mehrere Jahre in leitender Position
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in Prozessoptimierung, Produktions-/Supply-Chain-Management und der Führung von Teams
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz von Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen oder ähnlichen Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz, kombiniert mit analytischer und strategischer Denkweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein, unternehmerisches Denken und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
