Your mission

We are looking for a dedicated person for the position of Team Assistant. In this key position, you will play an important role in the organization and coordination of office processes and thus contribute significantly to the smooth running of our company. If you are a proactive, structured and team-oriented individual with a passion for efficient office management, we warmly invite you to become part of our dynamic team.

We need you

Dynamic office management

  • Coordination and management of office processes
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day business
  • Creation of presentations and reports
  • Management of office materials and supplies
  • Collaboration with suppliers and service providers

Team management

  • Communication, coordination via email, MS Teams, telephone
  • Contact person for all employee concerns
  • Responsibility for security and order in the office
  • Leave- and absence management

Travel management

  • Planning and organizing business trips
  • Preparation of travel expense reports

Event management

  • Organization of internal and external company events, training courses, workshops & trade fairs
  • Coordination of conference rooms for customer visits

You are a good fit for us

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • Sovereign communication in an international and intercultural environment
  • German & English spoken and written
  • Organizational genius with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other office tools
  • Strong social skills and team spirit
  • High motivation and good humor
  • Friendly and goal-oriented communication skills
