Du gestaltest die datengetriebene Zukunft unserer Kunden auf Basis unserer Data Strategy Solution:

Du entwickelst Visionen, Strategien und Roadmaps zur Nutzung von Daten als KernressourceDu begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Transformation hin zu datenorientierten Organisationen in den Bereichen Business, People und TechnologyDu identifizierst und zeigst Handlungsfelder auf (z. B. Data Platform, Data Literacy, Data Governance)Du arbeitest eng mit technischen und fachlichen Stakeholdern zusammen, um nachhaltige Ansätze zu etablierenDu unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Begleitung von Initiativen zur Verbesserung der Datenkultur und des datengetriebenen MindsetsDu übernimmst Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Umsetzung von Teilprojekten und begleitest Change-Prozesse

Du hilfst uns dabei das Thema Data Strategy innerhalb der b.telligent Gruppe weiterzuentwickeln:

Weiterentwicklung der Data Strategy Solution als modulares BeratungsframeworkUnterstützung im Sales Prozess bei Neu- und BestandskundenUnterstützung im Account Management Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beratung von datengetriebenen Projekten (z.B. Data Strategy, Data Governance, Data Management)Nachgewiesene Projekterfahrung in der Entwicklung von datenstrategischen Konzepten und RoadmapsFundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche: Business Analyse, Datenarchitektur, Business Intelligence, Cloud-Technologien, Data Strategy, Data Governance, Requirements EngineeringErfahrung in der Strukturierung und Steuerung von Projekten sowie im Stakeholder ManagementAnalytisches Denken, strategisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermittelnModerationsgeschick und Freude an der Arbeit im TeamSehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und EnglischAbgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
