LATAM - Remote International Sales Executive (German with EN/SP)

With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a high-energy sales executive (German & English), based in the LATAM region, who thrives under pressure, thinks fast, and closes deals. If you're a natural problem-solver with resilience and drive, this is where you can turn your sales talent into something that truly matters.
What You'll Do:Drive end-to-end sales in the medical transport and aviation space
Engage and build trust with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations
Think on your feet to design tailored solutions under time pressure
Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships
Represent Vendana with confidence across global markets and time zones
Take ownership of results while working hand-in-hand with our international team
Excellent communication and command of German and English at C2 level (Spanish is a strong plus)
A resilient, fast-thinking sales personality — motivated, persistent, and persuasive
Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends) in a 24/7 industry
Previous sales experience in international or high-stakes environments (aviation/medical a plus, but not required)
A role with impact: your sales directly help people in urgent need
Full onboarding and sales/industry training
