Your mission :

  • Transferring and structuring existing system and equipment installation requirements into the IBM DOORS database.
  • Developing a standardized set of general requirements for future programs.
  • Maintaining and organizing requirements in line with the Airbus Defence & Space product portfolio.
  • Collaborating with neighboring domains, design teams, and centers of competence to align DOORS lifecycles.
  • Ensuring requirement traceability and managing changes across complex projects.
  • Linking requirements to part and assembly levels within the product structure.
  • Engaging stakeholders to ensure consistent application of requirements.
  • Participating in Design and Digital Mock-Up (DMU) reviews and verifying compliance with design principles.
  • Providing regular status reports on requirement compliance and progress.

Your profile
:

  • Technical degree in engineering or systems engineering
  • 5 years of engineering experience, with a focus on systems engineering
  • Experience in the aerospace industry would be a strong asset
  • Advanced proficiency with IBM DOORS (Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System)
  • Strong English language skills (both written and spoken); German a plus
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple programs and disciplines
  • Open, collaborative, and proactive personality with excellent teamwork and communication skills
