In this role you will manage the overall business unit financial consolidation process for actuals & forecasting in the areas of cash flow & net working capital as well as work on analytics and reporting automation to ensure robust and timely financial insights and own all FP&A activities around the central Biopharma overhead costs and underlying cost centers.

Your Assignments:

  • Drive the monthly and quarterly reporting of net working capital and cash flow, providing actionable insights to improve business outcomes

  • Collation, challenge and understanding of variances and business drivers to generate insights & improve outcome

  • Own the BU overall net working capital & cash flow FP&A process by providing the tools & reports and proactively aligning with local & segment FP&A on planning assumptions & outcomes

  • Actively contribute to the modernization and automation of financial reporting tools, enhancing data-driven decision-making across the Business Unit Biopharma

  • Partner with the Senior Manager & Biopharma Head of FP&A to modernize and automate financial reporting tools and enhance usability & scope of existing reporting landscape

  • Own Central FP&A activities for Biopharma Central Functions

  • Lead FP&A activities of central overhead functions of BU Biopharma including monthly/quarterly closing as well as forecast and budgeting including primary and secondary cost planning as well as FTE/personnel cost

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Min. 3 years business finance/controlling experience in an international company, pharma/biopharma exposure is a plus

  • Reporting & analytics proficiency in SAP CO/controlling and BI tools (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office), advanced Excel & PowerPoint is an advantage

  • Experience with operational cost center FP&A activities and FTE/personnel cost planning is a plus

  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem‑solving skills as well as strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement

  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
