We are seeking a
Field Sales Manager Robotics (m/f/d)
for a global leader in the Smart Manufacturing space. Our client develops a sophisticated cloud platform that streamlines the engineering lifecycle for industrial hardware. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and manage all aspects of assigned territory (DACH)
  • Build, onboard, and nurture customer and partner networks
  • Lead project discovery and act as primary contact throughout project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with application engineers and deployment teams on project development
  • Train and support sales teams in technical selling of automation solutions
  • Contribute to productization and development of new solutions

Your Profile

  • 5+ years experience selling automation or robotics solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering preferred
  • Based in Germany, fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Technical understanding combined with business acumen
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Interest in innovation, robotics, and AI
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
