Marketing Manager (Events and Content)

Full-time or Project-based | Remote | Berlin

We run the world's biggest XR/AI hackathon (XRCC) - 3,500+ participants online, 400+ in-person. And we consistently create educational content on our social media channels with 80,000+ followers. We need a Marketing Manager to help us scale.

What You'll Own

Event Marketing

  • Drive enrollments for XRCC Online (4,000+ per event)
  • Drive ticket sales for XRCC in-person (400+ attendees)
  • Run go-to-market campaigns and work with our affiliate network
  • Execute pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing

Social & Content Distribution

  • Manage 2x LinkedIn accounts, 2x YouTube channels
  • Build new channels: X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • Post content, write captions, measure performance
  • We create the content, you distribute it

Funnels & Analytics

  • Optimize website and landing pages for conversions
  • Build and run email campaigns
  • Manage paid ad campaigns
  • Set up analytics dashboards for real-time insights

What Makes You a Fit

Show us your results:

  • Event experience or similar Go to market launch
  • Social media accounts you've grown (with numbers)
  • Websites or funnels you've optimized (with improvement %)
  • Analytics dashboards you've built and used for decisions

You need:

  • Real-world marketing experience (degrees don't matter)
  • Strong analytical and dashboard-building skills
  • Website optimization and funnel-building experience
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast-changing environments
  • Love for Notion and systems
  • Genuine interest in XR/AI
