  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner of our global website
  • Support in organizing and conducting meetings (e.g., preparing agendas, follow-ups)
  • Contribute to ongoing projects by taking over defined work packages
  • Prepare and distribute user communications such as release notes and updates
  • Document features, processes, and guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing
  • Assist users with questions and issues related to digital platforms and tools

  • You are an enrolled student (university or college)
  • First experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, user-oriented texts
  • Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) principles
  • Affinity for digital touchpoints and online marketing
  • Willingness to learn and flexibility in taking on short-notice tasks
  • Fluent in English; German is an asset
