International Marketing Manager(m/w/d)

YOUR MISSION
Join yfood's exciting international growth journey As we expand into new markets, you'll be part of our International Marketing team at HQ in Munich, coordinating marketing campaigns and ensuring smooth collaboration between in-house experts, local teams, and external partners. Key markets include Spain, Belgium, Portugal, and Czech Republic, with additional emerging markets across Europe and beyond. You'll help bring our global brand to life locally, ensuring consistent execution and impactful marketing in every market.
- Develop and oversee local marketing plans with HQ experts, local teams, and agencies (e.g., Spain, Belgium, Portugal).
- Act as the main interface between HQ, local market stakeholders, and external partners.
- Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns for local markets.
- Ensure the yfood marketing mix and brand strategy are executed consistently while guiding local teams on localization.
- Coordinate the in-house creation of localized campaigns and brand assets with the creative team.
- Manage approval processes for localized campaigns, including budgets, creative assets, and timelines.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets per market.
- Monitor campaign performance and collect insights to optimize results.
- Contribute to improving international marketing processes and sharing best practices.
- Support go-to-market strategies for emerging markets, refining marketing strategy and execution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in FMCG or international brand environments.
- Proven international experience working across multiple markets and cultures.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Marketing expertise across brand & campaign management, media planning, and 360° campaigns.
- Solid understanding of omni-channel business & marketing, including retail & shopper tactics and digital growth.
- Ability to assess and challenge marketing plans, tactics, and execution.
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on, structured, proactive, with strong ownership.
- Fluent in English (C1); additional European languages a plus.
