Your Growth ExperienceThe Growth Internship is designed to provide interns with hands-on experience, where your journey is filled with empowerment and accountability to deliver real impact. You will work in a fast-paced environment where curiosity, innovation, and teamwork are highly valued. As the role involves direct interaction with customers, fluency in German is required.
The internship is structured around three focus components, allowing you to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and make tangible contributions. This approach ensures you gain a comprehensive understanding of the business rather than being limited to repetitive tasks.
1. On-the-Ground Sales (B2B)
Support the growth team in lead generation, outreach, and managing the pipeline.
Participate in client calls, presentations, and proposal preparation.
Gain experience in pitching solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.
Build commercial awareness and understanding of the B2B growth process.
2. Operations & Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey.
Help resolve client issues, track processes, and support workflow efficiency.
Understand how different departments interact to deliver a seamless customer experience.
3. Special Project / Initiative
Contribute to a focused project or initiative aligned with business priorities.
Projects can be assigned by the team, and we also welcome your ideas and suggestions.
This may involve analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, generating ideas, or supporting strategic initiatives.
Present findings, recommendations, or project outcomes to your mentor or management.
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or recently graduated
Proactive and curious, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Eager to take ownership of meaningful projects and deliver impact.
Comfortable collaborating across teams and engaging directly with customers.
Fluent in German, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
