We are currently seeking several experienced

Offshore Crane Operator (m/f/d) Stage 2

to join the BorWin5 Project, mobilizing from Emden, Germany. This is a freelance, offshore-based role in a 14/14 rotation schedule, starting as soon as possible until and continuing from onwards in regular 14/14 rotations.

Your Tasks

  • Safe and efficient operation of offshore cranes in line with industry standards and project procedures
  • Execution of lifting operations to support installation and maintenance works offshore
  • Close cooperation with the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and deck crew for safe load handling
  • Conducting daily crane checks, routine inspections, and reporting of any technical irregularities
  • Supporting emergency procedures as part of the Emergency Response Team
  • Housekeeping tasks

Your Profile

  • Certified Stage 2 Offshore Crane Operator with proven offshore project experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team environment
  • Ability to perform under pressure in challenging offshore conditions
  • Previous experience with offshore wind farm construction or comparable offshore projects

Requirements & Certifications

  • Stage 2 Crane Operator license
  • Emergency Response Team Member (ERT-M) certificate
  • Full GWO Training Package (First Aid, Fire Awareness or BOSIET, Manual Handling, Sea Survival incl. Boat Transfer, Working at Heights)
  • Valid Offshore Medical (NOGEPA, AWMF, UGOK)
  • HUET & CA-EBS
  • EUP certificate
