ist ein spezialisierter Händler und Broker für Energie- und THG-Produkte mit Schwerpunkt auf (erneuerbarer) Energie, insbesondere Biomethan, sowie Transport. Unser Team mit Sitz in Stuttgart arbeitet eng mit einem starken Netzwerk von Marktpartnern in ganz Europa zusammen. Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden durch fundierte Marktanalysen, die Ermittlung aktueller Marktpreise sowie den aktiven An- und Verkauf von Biomethanmengen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Du verwaltest Rechnungen und übernimmst grundlegende Buchhaltungstätigkeiten
  • Du sorgst für Genauigkeit und Struktur in den täglichen Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt das Management-Team bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen mit

Du trägst als Werkstudent:in aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere Unternehmensprozesse effizient und erfolgreich ablaufen.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast sehr gute administrative Fähigkeiten und Organisationstalent
  • Du arbeitest genau und zuverlässig bei Dokumenten, Datenpflege und Aufzeichnungen
  • Erste Erfahrung oder Kenntnisse in Rechnungsstellung und Buchhaltung sind von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und vertraulich
  • Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder einen verwandten Studiengang oder hast Dein Studium kürzlich abgeschlossen
  • Du beherrschst MS Office sicher
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
