As
Division Manager
, you'll lead our
German division
and spearhead our growth across the
DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
— one of Europe's most dynamic industrial markets.

This is a
strategic leadership role
where you'll combine commercial acumen with visionary thinking to accelerate our expansion and strengthen our market position.

You'll lead a talented team with strong technical capabilities in Automation, MES and APS platforms, and Data Centre solutions.

Reporting to the Regional EMEA Director, you will drive growth in Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0, developing and executing business plans, building strong stakeholder relationships, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Working as part of the EMEA team, you will deliver value across all our service streams while contributing to regional best practice sharing.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take
  full ownership
  of sales and operational performance for the division
• Drive customer portfolio evolution toward profitable large and mid-market accounts
• Define and execute divisional business plans and budgets aligned with EMEA regional and group strategies
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships and technology partnerships
• Build and lead high-performing teams, managing talent development and succession planning
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
• Contribute actively initiatives and cross-regional collaboration
• Drive recurring revenue growth through maintenance contracts and subscription models
• Champion compliance with company policies, financial and HR standards, and local regulations
• Uphold and promote ATS Global's identity, vision, values, and strategic goals

YOUR PROFILE – qualifications you will need

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or Technology Solutions
• (ideally within
  Smart Manufacturing or Industry 4.0
  )
• Proven success driving
  business growth and operational excellence
• Experience expanding business across
  Austria and Switzerland
  is highly valued
• Strong leadership through
  organizational transformation
  , with a focus on talent retention and development
• Demonstrated success in
  strategic sales and account growth
• Proficiency in
  financial management, forecasting, and margin optimization
• In-depth understanding of
  Smart Manufacturing technologies
  (MES/MOM, IT/OT integration, automation)
• Exceptional
  communication and stakeholder management
  skills
• Adept at working in
  matrix organizations
  and building strong regional partnerships
• Fluent in
  German and English
  , both written and spoken

Salary:
Gross Salary + Commission (Subject to Experience)
