Deine Aufgaben
  • Leitung, Entwicklung und Ausbau der Serviceorganisation (Field Service, 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support)
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten Einsatz-, Wartungs- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Verantwortung für Wartung, Inspektion und Reparatur der installierten Systeme
  • Aufbau effizienter Prozesse im Ersatzteilmanagement sowie Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit kritischer Komponenten
  • Verantwortung für technische Service-Dokumentationen (Checklisten, Workflows, Troubleshooting-Guides)
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung präventiver und prädiktiver Wartungsstrategien
  • Etablierung und Steuerung von Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) sowie Eskalations- und Incident-Management-Prozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktentwicklung, Operations und Vertrieb zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität
  • Nutzung datenbasierter Analysen und KPIs zur Steuerung, Transparenz und Weiterentwicklung des Servicebereichs
Dein Profil
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im technischen Service, Field Service oder Instandhaltung – idealerweise im Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau oder der Automatisierungsbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wartung, Fehlerdiagnose, Anlagenverfügbarkeit und technischem Troubleshooting
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau oder Skalieren eines technischen Servicebereichs, vorzugsweise in einem wachstumsstarken Technologieunternehmen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Automatisierungstechnologien, mechatronische Systeme und industrielle Steuerungen
  • Starke Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten mit Fokus auf Motivation, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung technischer Mitarbeiter
  • Kundenorientiertes Mindset und sichere Kommunikation in Eskalationssituationen
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen mit Intralogistik-, Lagerautomatisierungs- oder Robotiksystemen sowie im Aufbau prädiktiver Wartungskonzepte
