Service Engineer

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld umfasst den Service an unseren Analyzer-, Konsistenzprodukten und PaperLabs bei unseren Kunden vor Ort und zusätzlich, dank sicherer Remoteverbindungen, auch aus der Ferne.
Während einer individuellen Einarbeitungsphase wirst Du Teil unseres starken Serviceteams zur Inbetriebnahme, Wartung, Instandsetzung und Optimierung unserer Messsysteme.
Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
- Du betreust unsere Analyzer-, Konsistenzprodukte und PaperLabs sowohl bei unseren Kunden vor Ort als auch aus der Ferne.
- Du übernimmst die Ausführung von Inbetriebnahmen, präventiven Wartungen, Kalibrierungen sowie die Analyse und Behebung von Störungen.
- Du optimierst technische Lösungen, modernisierst Bestandssysteme und hältst die Messsysteme auf dem aktuellen Stand.
- Du stehst unseren Kunden als kompetenter Berater zur Verfügung und entwickelst gemeinsam Konzepte zur Erhaltung, Modernisierung und Erweiterung.
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Bachelor, Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Mechatronik, Automatisierungs- oder Regelungstechnik
- Alternativ verfügst Du über eine technische Ausbildung in den zuvor genannten Bereichen und ein hohes Maß an Motivation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft und ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse aus der Papier- oder Abwasserindustrie
