We're looking for a motivated and strategic Senior Marketing Manager who will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Campaigns EU, you'll take ownership of integrated marketing campaigns that span partnerships, sponsorships, influencer activations, and cross-channel initiatives.
This role is all about coordination and leadership: bringing cross-functional teams together, ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision, and connecting our brand with audiences across diverse European markets.
You'll thrive here if you enjoy project ownership, working across multiple stakeholders, and delivering campaigns that build brand awareness and engagement at scale.
What you will be doing- Lead and coordinate impactful campaigns across Europe, including partnerships, sponsorships, influencers, and digital channels.
- Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable campaign strategies tailored for different EU audiences.
- Manage campaign planning, budgets, and timelines to ensure delivery with efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Experience, Operations) to align campaigns with business goals.
- Oversee campaign tracking and reporting, using a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve outcomes.
- Contribute to the EU campaign roadmap, shaping MPB's marketing presence in key European markets.
- Significant experience in leading and executing European marketing campaigns across multiple awareness, consideration, and engagement channels.
- A proven track record in integrated campaign management — from planning through to execution and reporting.
- Strong understanding of diverse European markets and their unique customer behaviors.
- Strong project management skills: organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Confident working cross-functionally, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and comfortable using insights to optimise campaigns and guide future planning.
- Bring strategic and creative thinking to explore new ways of increasing brand relevance and reaching new audiences.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus.
- Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, or recommerce brands.
