Head of Structured Finance | PE-Backed Renewable Energy Platform | €Excellent Package + Bonus + Equity

The Company

A fast-growing,
private equity-backed renewable energy scale-up
expanding across Europe. Currently acquiring a
multi-GW pipeline
across solar, wind, and energy storage, the business is entering a major growth phase supported by leading investors and an ambitious leadership team.

The Role

You'll lead all structured and corporate financing activity and the team, whilst driving capital strategy and execution as the company scales.

  • Structure and close project and portfolio financings (debt, mezzanine, hybrid).
  • Partner with the CFO and C-suite on capital strategy and investor relations.
  • Support M&A transactions and acquisition financing.
  • Build and manage a high-performing structured finance team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in structured or project finance (renewables/infrastructure).
  • Proven experience leading large, complex financings.
  • Strong relationships with banks and institutional investors.
  • Based in or open to relocation to Hamburg.
