What Does the Role Involve?

As a Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d), you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior/executive-level candidates within your area of expertise. Your day-to-day will include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment
    : From identifying top talent to guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Networking and Business Development
    : Finding your own clients and building relationships with potential clients whilst also maintaining strong connections with existing clients.
  • Consultative Approach
    : Acting as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless and successful recruitment experience.
  • Earning Potential
    : You'll receive
    uncapped commission
    on successful placements—giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings
