Your role

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer who combines deep experience in designing B2B SaaS products with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset. In this role, you will enhance current experiences and lead discovery for new automation-driven features, enabling construction teams to focus on what truly matters. You will also be at the forefront of experimenting how to leverage AI to boost the design process.

What you bring along

We're looking for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, where speed, ownership, and customer impact take priority. You should have:
  • Proven success in designing and shipping B2B SaaS products, ideally with experience in 0→1 launches or driving significant product growth.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset, navigating ambiguity with confidence and independently moving ideas forward by making smart trade-offs.
  • Passion for collaborative problem-solving, working closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define impactful solutions.
  • Strategic thinking with the confidence to recommend bold product bets and guide your team through customer-centric, pragmatic decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design rationale and build alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma, with experience experimenting with AI-powered prototyping tools like Lovable or V0 and integrating those into the design workflow.
  • A strong interest in building AI-driven product features, demonstrated through proactive learning and experimentation.
