The impact you will make
At Marvel Fusion, we are building a deep tech company with the ambition to transform the global energy landscape. As we prepare to scale from a dynamic team to a multi-hundred-person organization, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial team member to help design and implement the structures that will power our next phase of growth.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, people, and operations. You'll refine our organizational blueprint, design processes that enable high performance at scale, and strengthen our learning and development practices. You'll also drive investor relations by delivering clear and timely communication with existing and potential investors, developing new engagement formats, and supporting future fundraising efforts.

You'll work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining broad exposure to the strategic and operational priorities of a cutting-edge fusion energy company.

Your responsibilities

• Organizational Development: Shape and track our evolving organizational structure and operating model. Ensure the company scales in a way that preserves speed, clarity, and alignment
• Process & Knowledge Management: Map, document, and streamline key processes and workflows. Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency
• People & Performance: Push the development and rollout of career frameworks, performance reviews, and learning & development programs that support our people's growth and engagement
• Investor Relations: Own investor communications by coordinating meetings, preparing shareholder updates and presentations, and supporting the organization of investor events
• Strategic Projects: Support priority initiatives that advance our mission and drive long-term company success

What you bring

• A university degree in business or industrial engineering, or a technical background combined with relevant business experience
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in a high-growth startup, scale-up, or a leading strategy consultancy
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; you enjoy untangling complexity and bringing order to ambiguity
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a project from start to finish independently and efficiently
• Curious, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
• A collaborative team player who can take initiative and drive topics forward with ownership and accountability
• Fluency in English and German (C1 level); confident communicator and presenter
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling presentations
