ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our U.S. go-to-market team during an exciting period of expansion. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence our market presence, build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, and help shape the success of our U.S. launch.
 
Being a member of the U.S. Sales Organization, you'll not only generate pipeline and open doors with industry-leading companies—you'll also position yourself for accelerated career growth. High-performing SDRs will have a clear pathway to transition into a Field Sales / Account Executive role as the U.S. team expands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

As a SDR at mymediset, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential customers. You'll be responsible for mapping target accounts, executing outbound campaigns, and generating qualified leads for our sales team:
  •  Research and map target accounts within the MedTech and healthcare industries.
  • Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of experience in a SDR, BDR, or similar sales/marketing role in a B2B SaaS company.

• Interest in MedTech or healthcare industries is highly desirable.

• Strong research and prospecting skills; experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZOHO, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Outgoing and confident personality, with excellent communication skills

• Able to effectively manage your time, structure your daily task to overachieve on your target

SALARY RANGE (USD)

$50-70,000 base plus variable compensation - commission, performance incentives, and bonus.
