Strategische Produktführung und Marktgestaltung

  • Du entwickelst und verantwortest die strategische Produktvision und Roadmap für unsere Client Management-Lösungen
  • Du analysierst kontinuierlich Markttrends, Kundenbedürfnisse und Wettbewerbslandschaft, um proaktiv neue Produktchancen zu identifizieren
  • Du erstellst datengetriebene Produkt-Roadmaps basierend auf Marktanalysen und Kundenfeedback

Innovationsdrive und Produktentwicklung

  • Du treibst die Entwicklung innovativer Features und Produktlösungen eigenverantwortlich voran
  • Du definierst und priorisierst Produktanforderungen mittels moderner Methoden wie User Stories, OKRs und Impact-Frameworks
  • Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass die Produktstrategie erfolgreich umgesetzt wird.

Marktführung und Stakeholder-Management

  • Du positionierst unsere Produkte als Marktführer durch strategische Produktentscheidungen und Go-to-Market-Strategien
  • Du kommunizierst die Produktvision überzeugend an alle Stakeholder-Gruppen und schaffst Alignment
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering, Marketing und Vertrieb zusammen, um die Produktziele zu erreichen

Das bringst du mit

Strategische Produktmanagement-Kompetenz

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im strategischen Produktmanagement mit datengetriebener Entscheidungsfindung
  • Beherrschung moderner Produktmanagement-Frameworks wie Agile, Scrum, OKRs und Design Thinking

Methodische und technische Expertise

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Produktmanagement-Tools wie Productboard, Jira Product Discovery oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
  • Anwendung systematischer Analysemethoden: SWOT-Analyse, Portfolioanalysen, Business Model Canvas und Wettbewerbsanalyse
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden und Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse

Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke

  • Überzeugende strategische Argumentation
  • Exzellente Moderationsfähigkeiten für funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
