Faszinierendes schaffen: Ihre Aufgaben

Für die Entwicklung und Verifikation zukünftiger Luftfahrtanwendungen suchen wir Teilprojektleiter (product package leads) mit folgenden Aufgaben:

  • fachliche Führung eines Software-Projektteams bestehend aus Development and Test/Verification Engineers
  • Planung und Verteilung der Aufgaben an Team/Product Owners, Erhebung von KPIs 
  • Repräsentation des Software Projekts sowohl intern als auch vor Kunden / Behörden
  • Durchführung von Change Management Boards
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition von benötigter Infrastruktur (Lizenzen, projektspezifischer Tools,...)
  • Erstellung und Verantwortung der Planungs- und Zulassungsdokumente nach RTCA DO-178C
  • Schnittstelle zu den System-, Elektronik- und Simulatorbau-Abteilungen 
  • Schnittstelle zu Sub-Supplier (Monitoring, SOW, Arbeitspakete, Review...)
  • Abstimmung der Vorgehensweise von projektspezifischen Themen mit dem Prozessverantwortlichen, Management, Vertretern der Qualitätssicherung und/oder Testkoordinator(en)

Stärken einbringen: Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklung von komplexen Systemen und Software-Werkzeugen (Requirement-, Design- und Codierungstools)
  • Kenntnisse und Basiswissen mit Software-Verifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt (RTCA DO-178C) oder in ähnlichen Domänen (z.B. Medizin, Automotive)
  • Fähigkeit zur Führung von Entwicklungsteams (klassisch und agile Methoden)
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Eigenverantwortung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und analytisches Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse,
