Job Objective: Micro Commercial Components (MCC) is a leading manufacturer of discrete semiconductors, serving global markets with high-quality products and exceptional customer support. We are committed to innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry.
- What you will do:

Responsibility

Assist in processing customer orders, inquiries, and returns accurately and promptly.

Maintain and update customer records in SAP HANA system.

Support CSR team in preparing quotes, invoices, and shipping documentation.

Communicate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production) to ensure order fulfillment.

Respond to basic customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.

Monitor inventory status and coordinate with the logistics team for product availability.

Generate and maintain reports related to customer service activities.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the CSR team or management.

Education Background/ Major

Completed Mittlere Reife (secondary school certificate) or equivalent vocational qualification.

Experience (Must)

0–1 years in customer service, administrative support, or related field (internship experience is a plus).

Abilities/Qualities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and write in English fluently for professional communication.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry.
