• You set up, manage and continuously optimize and monitor our social media advertising campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest in multiple countries.
• You increase the cost efficiency of our social advertising measures and contribute directly to achieving our company's goals, such as raising brand awareness and increasing traffic and sales.
• A/B testing: You create hypotheses to improve performance and transfer them into test scenarios.
• You develop new ad creatives in collaboration with our Creative Department and Social Media team.
• You are in direct touch with the client solution managers of our advertising platforms.
• You are in exchange with various departments such as Copywriting, International, Data & Analytics, Commercial and related marketing areas.
• You create reports on the development of ad performance and evaluation of test results.

• Initial experiences in the field of social media advertising, SEA or digital marketing; proficiency in ad management systems (e.g. Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager).
• Strong communication skills in German and English. Other languages are a plus
• A keen analytical and technical understanding and skilled in dealing with numbers.
• Good understanding of the common social media platforms and their functionalities (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Passion for new developments and trends in the fields of social media, marketing and e-commerce.
• Linguistic creativity and fluency as well as a good feel for visual appeal

• Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 36,000€ and 42,000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
