About your workplace

Im Bereich Digital Products & Services entwickeln wir digitale Lösungen, die das Nutzererlebnis mit Miele Geräten auf ein neues Level heben. Als Lead Engineer Mobile Application (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der technischen Weiterentwicklung unserer mobilen Anwendungen und gestalten aktiv die Zukunft unserer digitalen Produkte mit.Das ist die Aufgabe

  • Entwickeln und etablieren technischer Standards, Prinzipien und Best Practices

  • Koordinieren der technischen Ausrichtung über mehrere Teams hinweg

  • Fördern von Wissensaustausch durch Coaching, Pair Programming und Communities of Practice

  • Sicherstellen von Codequalität, Testbarkeit und Wartbarkeit

  • Vorantreiben von DevOps-Praktiken und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

  • Treffen technologiebezogener Entscheidungen im Einklang mit der Produktstrategie

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Architekt:innen, Senior Developer:innen und weiteren Stakeholdern

Das überzeugt uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtungen

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung mobiler Applikationen (iOS, Android, Xamarin/MAUI) sowie in technischer Führungsverantwortung

  • Fundiertes Wissen in moderner Softwarearchitektur und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum)

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence

  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln

  • Leidenschaft für technische Exzellenz und Innovation
