Your Role:

  • Advise clients on the analysis, planning, and implementation of regulatory requirements; coordinate regulatory reporting and monitor regulatory frameworks
  • Build technology-enabled analytical tools for risk functions and fraud prevention
  • Develop and optimize remediation plans, solution concepts, and risk models for different industries and company sizes; create tailored solutions
  • Contribute to publications on industry-specific compliance topics and develop best practices for implementing regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Act as the primary contact for regulatory affairs, risk management, and compliance for senior management
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and seminars, including thorough preparation and follow-up

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., STEM, Economics, Law, International Relations, Business Administration) or equivalent experience; 2–4 years in management consulting or in financial, technology, or software companies
  • Strong intrinsic motivation and determination for personal development

  • Experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Risk Management (strategic, credit, market, operational) and Fraud Prevention

  • Regulatory Affairs
  • Information Security
  • Data Protection

  • ESG

  • Excellent English skills (C1/C2); German and additional languages (e.g., Arabic or Russian) are welcome

  • Willingness to travel and openness to intercultural collaboration
