Paint Technologist (m/w/d)

Ziel dieser Funktion ist die Performance der Anlage durch Vermeidung von Verunreinigungen in der Anlage zu verbessern und somit weniger Ausschuss nach dem Lackierprozess zu generieren.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Überwachung der überschüssigen Parameter des Lackierprozesses.
  • Durchführung von technischen Inspektionen der Ausrüstung einer Roboter-Lackierstraße.
  • Aufsicht über den Lackierprozess.
  • Vervollständigung der Prozessdokumentation
  • Teilnahme am Prozess der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Lackierprozesses.
  • Instandhaltung der Lackieranlagen.
  • Unterstützung der Instandhaltungsabteilung der Lackiererei und externer Abteilungen.

Anforderungen

  • Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Beschichtungstechnik oder ähnliche Ausbildungsberufe mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise eine Meisterausbildung in diesem Bereich
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse und Verständnis von Lackierverfahren und -systemen
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung
  • Prozessorientiere Analysefähigkeiten
