PAXLY is a B2B SaaS company on a mission to fix packaging procurement. We help companies buy smarter – our AI-powered platform cuts costs by ~25% and takes the pain out of sourcing corrugated cardboard, solid board, and flexible packaging.

Your role

You're the link between our customers, sales, product, and tech. Our procurement platform is changing how companies buy packaging – and you make sure they get the most out of it.

You'll support sales with demos and technical know-how, onboard new customers, and guide them through their first tenders.

What you'll do

  • Own the customer journey from implementation to daily use
  • Run structured onboardings and make sure customers hit the ground running
  • Coordinate procurement and optimization projects
  • Support negotiations and help define sourcing strategies
  • Back up sales with product demos and technical expertise

What you bring

  • Strong communicator who enjoys customer contact
  • Comfortable with digital tools and SaaS products
  • Organized – you can juggle multiple projects
  • Confident in negotiations, clear and reliable
  • Team player, solution-oriented
  • Nice to have: packaging knowledge, procurement experience
