Your role
You're the link between our customers, sales, product, and tech. Our procurement platform is changing how companies buy packaging – and you make sure they get the most out of it.
You'll support sales with demos and technical know-how, onboard new customers, and guide them through their first tenders.
What you'll do
- Own the customer journey from implementation to daily use
- Run structured onboardings and make sure customers hit the ground running
- Coordinate procurement and optimization projects
- Support negotiations and help define sourcing strategies
- Back up sales with product demos and technical expertise
What you bring
- Strong communicator who enjoys customer contact
- Comfortable with digital tools and SaaS products
- Organized – you can juggle multiple projects
- Confident in negotiations, clear and reliable
- Team player, solution-oriented
- Nice to have: packaging knowledge, procurement experience
