Deine Aufgaben

Du möchtest spezialisierte KI-Agenten entwickeln und intelligente Automation in die Praxis bringen? Dann komm als AI Engineer Student (all genders) in unser Team und unterstütze uns bei der Entwicklung von KI-Agenten und deren Integration in automatisierte Workflows – sowohl für interne Projekte als auch für unsere Kunden.

Dein Profil

Das wartet auf dich
  • Entwicklung spezialisierter KI-Agenten für bestimmte Aufgaben und Use-Cases (z.B. Datenanalyse, Dokumentenverarbeitung, Kundeninteraktion)
  • Integration von KI-Agenten in Automation Workflows mit Tools wie n8n oder
  • Einsatz von LLMs und agentenbasierten Systemen (z.B. mit LangChain, LangGraph oder ähnlichen Frameworks) zur Automatisierung komplexer Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit an internen Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung durch intelligente Automatisierung
  • Mitarbeit an Kundenprojekten zur Implementierung von KI-gestützten Automatisierungslösungen
  • Beratung von Kunden bei der Identifikation von Use-Cases für KI-Agenten
  • Dokumentation und Testing von Agenten und Workflows
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem AI-Engineering-Team bei der Optimierung von Agenten-Architekturen
  • Eigenständige Recherche und Evaluierung neuer KI-Agenten-Frameworks und Automatisierungs-Tools
Dein Profil
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit Python und hast bereits mehrere Projekte damit umgesetzt
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit LLMs oder KI-Agenten mit
  • Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit KI-Automation Plattformen wie n8n,  oder ähnlichen Tools mit
  • Du interessierst dich für KI-Technologien, agentenbasierte Systeme und generative AI
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lernbereit
  • Du erklärst deine Lösungen verständlich und kannst deine Gedanken gut kommunizieren – auch gegenüber Kunden ohne technischen Hintergrund
  • Du zeigst Eigeninitiative und fragst nach, wenn etwas unklar ist
  • Du bist bereit, regelmäßig an internen Tech-Talks und Code-Reviews teilzunehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
