WAS DICH ERWARTET

Als Managing Consultant übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Team, indem du nicht nur Projekte leitest, sondern auch die Verantwortung für ein eigenes Team trägst. Du agierst sowohl strategisch als auch operativ und bringst deine Expertise hands-on in Kundenprojekte ein. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Leitung von Projekten zur Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung integrierter Supply-Chain-Management-Prozesse von Planung bis Transport
  • Entwicklung praxisnaher End-to-End-Lösungen auf Basis von SAP SCM, S/4HANA, EWM, PP und APO sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Systemintegration
  • Gestaltung effizienter logistischer Prozesse in Bereichen wie Beschaffung, Produktion, Lager und Distribution
  • Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Standards zur Dokumentation, Steuerung und Integration von Supply-Chain-Prozessen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen Teams, das auf Vertrauen, Verantwortung und fachlicher Exzellenz basiert
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsentwicklung durch innovative Ansätze, Kundenbindung und gezielte Marktpositionierung
DEINE SKILLS
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem oder wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung mit Fokus auf Supply Chain Management
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von SAP-Supply-Chain-Management-Projekten, idealerweise in der Fertigungs- oder Prozessindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Modulen EWM, MM, SD, PP und PP/DS sowie Verständnis angrenzender ERP-Prozesse
  • Hands-on-Expertise in der Modellierung und Konfiguration integrierter Supply-Chain-Prozesse mit SAP SCM
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Souveräne Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie eine Reisebereitschaft von circa 60 %
